HOW TO ORDER

Ordering Online by Credit Card

We use Paypal secure site for processing your credit card or debit card transactions. If you have any questions about using our online shop please contact us by email at info@artgreetings.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)1394 421467.

Ordering by Post

If you would like to send in a written order by post we accept payments by cheque in pounds sterling payable to Art Greetings. You can fill in our order form and print it out without going to the payment stage. If you do not have access to a printer please write your order clearly on a sheet of paper with a description and catalogue codes of the items you require and refer to our shipping costs when calculating the cost. Our address is Art Greetings, 1 Garden Square, Rendlesham, Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 2GW.

Ordering by Telephone

You may phone your order in to us on +44 (0)1394 421467. You will have to send your cheque to us by post as we do not take telephone credit or debit card payments at present.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND POLICY

We are only able to deliver to the U.K. and to countries within the European Union.

Delivery Charges within the U.K.:

Orders with a value of £10 or more:  FREE first class delivery within the U.K.

Orders with a value of less than £10: first class delivery charge is £1 within the U.K.

Delivery Charges to other countries in the European Union:

Orders with a value of £30 or under:  £3.50 airmail to E.U. countries

Orders with a value of £30 - £40: £4.75 airmail to E.U. countries

Orders with a value of over £40: £5.50 airmail to E.U. countries

Once your order has been approved by our card processor (or your cheque has cleared), we will usually send your order on the same or next working day. We do not despatch at weekends or on Public Holidays. Most U.K. orders will be sent first class by Royal Mail, but if your order weighs more than 2kg we may send it by another service. Most first class mail arrives one day after posting, but this is not guaranteed. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the postal service. Orders to the value of £25 or more may require a signature on delivery.

Special Delivery within the U.K.

For a charge of £5 we can send your order by special delivery which guarantees delivery on the next working day following posting. Orders must be received by midday Monday to Friday. Orders sent on Friday may not arrive until Monday. Please note that your signature will be required by the postman.

Quality

We have done our best to represent our products as accurately as is technically possible in the pictures on our website. However there may be some variation of colour between the actual product and the way it is displayed on our website.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We do our utmost to provide an excellent service to our customers and all orders are checked to ensure that they are despatched in excellent condition. If you wish to return any items for a refund, you must do so within 15 days of the despatch of your order. Please note that, except in the case of a mistake by us, delivery charges are not refundable. Please re-use the envelope or box in which your order was sent and be sure to fasten it securely so that items are not damaged in transit. Include your name and address and obtain a certificate of posting. Refunds will be made to the card by which you paid, or we will send you a cheque if that was how you paid.

Payment is processed by Paypal and therefore www.artgreetins.co.uk does not have access to your credit or debit card details. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused in connection with the use of this website.
