Payment Methods

All payments are processed by PayPal. However, you do not have to have a Paypal account - when you get to Paypal's payment's page simply select the second option ('Don't have a paypal account?') and you will be taken to a page where you can pay with your credit or debit card.

Ordering by Post

We can accept orders by post but only with a cheque, not a card. Please make cheques payable to 'Art Greetings' and send to: Art Greetings, 1 Garden Square, Rendlesham, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 2GW. Please allow time for cheques to clear.

Delivery Charges and Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or the next day by Royal Mail 1st Class (UK) or Airmail (Overseas). Many customers tell us that they receive their order within 24 hours.

Standard UK Delivery Time

Our standard delivery is sent by Ist Class mail which is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed - occasionally it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. Unfortunately there is no way we can track ordinary 1st class mail. Please wait 8 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel.

Delivery Charges within UK 
Delivery (first class post) within the UK is FREE for orders with a value of £12 and over.

For orders under £12 delivery within the UK is just £1.25

International Delivery Time
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.  Royal Mail state that the average delivery time for airmail is 3 to 7 days to Europe and 5 to 10 days outside Europe.  However Royal Mail cannot guarantee the delivery time because they have no control over it once it is passed over to another country. Sometimes it can take longer.

£11.90 for orders from £100.01 - £125

£15.90 for orders form £150.01 - £175

£17.90 for orders from £175.01 - £200

£18.90 for orders from £200.01 - £250

£21.90 for orders from £250.01 - £300

 We regret that we do not send orders outside of the UK and Channel Islands with a value over £300

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We endeavour to provide the best possible service to our customers but we are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, products and offers are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

Lost or damaged goods

If goods are damaged or delivery is delayed please contact us at info@artgreetings.co.uk

For damaged goods please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We cannot consider compensation after that time.

Art Greetings collects personal information in order to provide services to its customers. For example, if you place a product order, Art Greetings will collect and use your name, address, phone number or e-mail address. Art Greetings will use the personal information you provide for the fulfilment of the service request, i.e. sending your product order or answering your enquiry. 

Art Greetings occasionally uses e-mail to send newsletters or promotions that would be of interest to customers. You can choose to unsubscribe to ArtGreetings.co.uk

We do not rent, share, sell, or by any other method give your email address, mailing address or phone number to any other party. As a customer of Art Greetings, or by submitting your details to us, you will receive material pertaining to Art Greetings only and will not be put on a general sales list.
